CECON Global LLC is a commercial transportation and logistics company serving distribution centers, warehouses and freight yards in the Carolinas. We coordinate trailer swaps, pallet supply and recovery, and vendor dispatch on behalf of our customers, using our own operations platform, CECONiQ.
CECONiQ replaces fragmented phone-and-paper coordination with a single real-time system: dispatch assignment, asset tracking, proof of completion and invoicing in one place. Work is assigned to our contracted vendor crews and drivers, and status is captured as it happens.

What we do
We run the recurring logistics work that keeps a distribution yard moving — and CECONiQ, our operations platform, is how that work is assigned, tracked and billed. Four services make up the core of the operation:
- Trailer Swap Management Loaded-for-empty trailer exchanges at distribution centers, coordinated end to end — from the swap request through vendor assignment, on-site confirmation and the final billing record.
- Pallet Supply Logistics Pallet supply and recovery kept moving between yards, docks and vendors, with quantities, pickups and deliveries logged as they happen.
- Vendor Dispatch Work routed to our contracted vendor crews and drivers, with assignment notices sent in real time and confirmations captured the moment a job is done.
- Real-Time Operations Tracking Live status for every swap, load and invoice across the distribution network — proof of completion, exception flags and a full audit trail in one place.

Who receives our messages
CECON Global LLC sends SMS text messages only to dispatchers, drivers and yard personnel of the vendor companies contracted to perform logistics work on our behalf, and to authorized contacts at our commercial customers. This is a business-to-business operational program. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not text the general public.
How recipients consent to receive messages
Consent is express, optional, and never a condition of working with CECON Global. An individual is enrolled in one of two ways:
- Online opt-in form. The individual submits the consent form at /sms-opt-in.html, checking the box that reads: “I agree to receive SMS text messages from CECON Global LLC for logistics coordination, dispatch notifications, pickup confirmations, and job status updates.” The box is optional — the same form can be submitted without it, and declining changes nothing about the individual’s standing with CECON Global.
- Standalone paper consent sheet. A separate, single-purpose paper form containing the same disclosure language, signed and dated on its own — independent of the vendor services agreement and of any onboarding paperwork.
SMS consent is collected on a standalone consent form only. It is never part of, referenced by, or a condition of the vendor services agreement, the onboarding packet, or our Terms of Service. Any individual may decline SMS and continue to work with CECON Global with no change to their vendor status or dispatch assignments.
Consent records are retained for every enrolled number and are available on request. Numbers are never purchased, rented or obtained from third-party lists.
